I just made $1184 this week working from home for google. I cant believe how easy this is. Im recommending this to everyone, check out this guys google blog makemoneywith-google.com
The greatest "deals" we can create, based on good science and engineering, will die a-borning unless we have an adequate source of startup capital, which includes 50% equity. That is the tough nut. Development loans are generally available from government and some financial institutions, but NO EQUITY.
Venture capitalists are not much help, given the greed level and the high cost of the equity and the onerus conditions of the VC agreement. We need a KIVA type, domestic loan fund. We also need a SHARE cooperative. t:
I examined the websites of all of the credit unions and major banks doing business in Linn and Benton Counties and found no mention of a sustainable, local community, or a micro-finance program for small businesses. When I have the proposal in writing which is modeled after SHARE, I will physically approach each lender and attempt to interest them in the SHARE concept.
I can just about assure you, there is nothing in Oregon quite like SHARE, at least not on the Web. Please see: http://www.schumachersociety.org/share/1_intro.htm
At some point the SHARE Cooperative could become a business incubator and arrange for equity infusions, which is really the critical need in gaining local economic health.
I'm committed to this approach and am pushing as hard as I can to develop a business plan. Any help will be appreciated.
Best regards,
Jim Miller
